A wellbeing support group run by NHS Health and Wellbeing Coaches alongside Talking Therapies to help gain knowledge and understanding around low mood and/or anxiety.
WHEN
Start date: Tuesday 23rd April 2024
There will be 5 sessions that occur on Tuesdays (10.15am - 12pm*).
Dates: 23rd* April, 7th & 21st May, 4th & 18th* June
*First and last sessions will finish at 12pm while the other sessions will finish at 11:30am

Understand signs of low mood, depression & anxiety
Learn relaxation and coping techniques
Explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours
Share your experience in a safe space
Sessions will be delivered in English and refreshments will be available.
